The CEO of Innerplan is a friend of mine and mentioned that he needed some help getting his project planning process converted from a manual, folder-based process into their instance of Saleforce.com.

In just a matter of hours, we mapped the entire process, customized the standard account and opportunity objects with custom fields, validation rules and a few workflow rules. We also updated the page layouts and trained the staff on how to use Chatter and access their information via Salesforce 1.
