The Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub is classified as a “maker space” that allows entrepreneurs a way to build prototypes before taking their ideas to manufacturing through additive and subtractive technology (3D printing, laser cutting, CNC wood router, etc.). They also act as a training facility for both youth and adults in the areas of robotics, video game design, basic programming skills, classical arts (painting/drawing, sculpting, screen printing), graphic design, carpentry, welding and much much more. Also included in a membership is access to a very spacious co-working space that offers free coffee, blazing wifi and reservable conference rooms.

The staff at the Hub asked us to help with a new site design. The original site was developed in¬†Drupal, which was difficult for the Hub’s staff to use and offered limited capabilities for rapid improvement/modification. After learning what they wanted, we found a theme that supported the desired look/feel and set to work transferring and reorganizing the large amount of content. Since launch, the site has received several unsolicited pieces of very positive feedback from members and supporters of the Hub.

If you have an idea for a way to make life better, but need help bringing it to life – come to the Hub and speak with their very talented staff. You won’t be disappointed.
